PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding thermoplastic elastomer composition having good flowability of both resin and melt resin. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 60-95 wt.% granulates composed of a composition obtained by subjecting (a) 100 pts.wt. block copolymer formed of at least two vinyl aromatic compound polymer blocks and at least one conjugated diene compound polymer block, (b) 20-300 pts.wt. non-aromatic rubber softening agent, and (c) 10-150 pts.wt. peroxide decomposition type olefinic resin to dynamic crosslinking and having a length of not more than 400μm and, at the same time, a length to width ratio of 3:1 to 1:1 and (B) 40-5 wt.% resin pulverized product obtained by pulverizing at least one of thermoplastic elastomers, polyesters, polyesters, and polyamides and having a size to pass a 42 mesh screen.
