PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrmotherapeutic cover member capable of adjusting a body temperature with every part of the body of a patient or according to a characteristic of the body and capable of visually confirming an effect/ influence exerted on the body of the patient by a temperature of fluid and the fluid. SOLUTION: A thermotherapeutic cover member 2 has an inlet port 12 for receiving pressure-applied fluid, plural cells 16 are arranged over the whole, and a fluid space is formed at under parts of them. The respective cells 16 have an unexpansible canopy 18, a fluid discharge port leading to the cells 16 from a manifold conduit 8 being a passage of the fluid exists in a peripheral part of this canopy 18, and the fluid is discharged into the fluid space from discharge part. A dimension of the fluid space in the cells 16 can be decided according to the anatomical constitution of the body of a patient, a heat color difference indicator for showing a temperature with every fluid space can be arranged on a cover member 2. The canopy 18 may be made transparent so as to be able to see the body of the patient.
