PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base for pitching tent which can be assembled and used easily by bringing it into a rough ground with stones, water pools, humidity, rainwater, slopes or the like. SOLUTION: This base for pitching tent consists of a horizontal frame member 1, horizontal frame member jointing members 2, 3, 4 jointing the ends of the horizontal frame member 1 to each other, a leg jointing part 8 fitted on the horizontal frame member jointing member, a column leg part 11 detachably jointed to the leg jointing part, and a plurality of floor boards 32 detachably fitted on the horizontal frame member.
