PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid some problems that soils are adhered to roots of plant in the prior art when the plant is transported, germs are transported together with the plant, the plant is deteriorated if its transporting time is extended and further a physical damage is given to the part of root during transportation of the plant. SOLUTION: This invention enables germs to be killed or removed through a step in which soils are removed from the roots of the plant to be transported under application of hydraulic pressure. Even if the transporting time is long, it is possible to prevent the plant from being deteriorated through a step in which the roots of the plant are covered by substances containing water and nutritious elements. Further, it is possible to restrict damage against the roots of the plant during its transportation through a step in which the substances containing water and nutritious elements are covered by the protective material.
