PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hooking piece to hook a hook or the like of a safety rope. SOLUTION: The hooking piece comprises two members 1 and 2, a body 2a of the member 2 is cylindrical, and a ring-like hooking part 3 is integratedly fitted thereto. The member 1 is of substantially U-shaped section, and the width of its recessed part 1a is substantially equal to the diameter of a bolt member B. A distal wall 1b in the recessed part 1a is semi-circular in section, and threaded to be agreed with the bolt member B. In addition, an expanded part 1c to freely fit the member 2 on an opening part side in the recessed part 1a is formed so that the member 2 is substantially brought into contact with the bolt member B when the member 2 is freely fitted in a condition where the thread of the bolt member B is engaged with the thread of the distal wall 1b. The member 2 is freely fitted to the member 1, and both members are surely hooked to the bolt member B. Fitting to the bolt member is much easier than screwing the nut thereto, and fitting is possible even when an end part of the bolt member is covered.
