PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating technique with electromagnetic waves that causes no unevenness in the appearance. SOLUTION: A sheet subject 1 of a solvent-containing resin composition is heated by irradiation with electromagnetic waves 5, as the sheet 1 is allowed to continuously move. In this case, the sheet subject 1 is irradiated with electromagnetic waves 5 from one side and the cooling air flow 6 is blown from the other side. Since the sheet subject 1 is suppressed in resin hardening on the surface exposed to the cooling air flow, the evaporation of the solvent from the inside of the sheet subject 1 is never retarded.
