<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putter which enables a golfer to easily direct the putter toward a cup when addressing and substantially eliminates the misalignment of a hit ball. SOLUTION: The front end of the shaft of the putter consisting of a metallic head which is formed with a clubface in front and elongates relatively slender toward a rear end heel from a front end toe and a pipe-like shaft mounted at a position nearer the upper heel of the head is inserted, fixed and integrated into a mounting hole disposed at the head and the centroid position of the head projected to the clubface exists nearer the heel side than the point of half the length from the toe to the heel and nearer the top side from the point of half the height from the sole to the top of the head.</p> |
