PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply at a low cost a ferromagnetic oxide polycrystalline substance which permits to arbitrarily determine the magnitude of residual magnetization, the magnitude of retentivity, resistivity, and so on at room temperature. SOLUTION: This ferromagnetic oxide polycrystalline substance which comprises an ordered perovskite type oxide expressed by the formula: A2FeMO6 (A is at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of metal elements; M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mo, Re and W) and in which the magnitudes of retentivity and/or residual magnetization in the magnetization curve of the ferromagnetic substance are controlled in response to the changes in the sizes of lattices of the A. |
