PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a roll vibration reducing effect without increasing the moment of inertia and the speed increasing ratio of a sub-flywheel. SOLUTION: A sub-gear 9 composed of a helical gear is positioned between front side and rear side thrust bearings 18, 22 respectively supported by disc springs 17, 21. The sub-gear 9 is slidably arranged on a shaft 2 having a sub- flywheel 1. A metallic plate 19 is fixed to a back face of the sub-gear 9, and a flange part 19a of the outer peripheral part becomes an abutting surface with a friction plate 20. When a torque fluctuation is the normal direction, the sub-gear 9 slides by thrust force, and friction torque by the friction plate 20 is generated, so that cancel torque to roll vibration increases. Since the sub-gear 9 moves in the inverse direction to negative torque, the friction torque is not generated.
