PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plain roof tile laying construction and plain roof tile sets which is simple and accurate and can be laid while assuring a natural finish. SOLUTION: A plain roof tile is formed with a tile main body and a flange provided at its upper end, and it is installed by aligning an external angle portion at the upper end of the flange on a plan with the internal angle portion at the upper end of the tile main body.
