PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC plate mounting structure which, when deflection is generated by receiving vibrations of a medium-level earthquake, wind pressure of a normal-level typhoon or the like, and thermal expansion (or contraction) due to the influence of solar heat, does not pose degradation of external wall function which requires mending of cracks and leakage in the PC plate per se, and has follow-up capability in a limited range in which the PC plate can be continuously used, in a manner sufficiently following relative story displacement with little requirement of mending, the PC plate mounting structure following the relative story displacement and preventing slip-out and damage of the PC plate caused by the deflection by the same, even when a large-level earthquake, an extremely strong typhoon, or the like occurs. SOLUTION: Upper and lower portions of a PC plate 30 are connected to skeletons 32, 34, respectively, and a vertically intermediate portion of the same is confined to a skeleton 33 via a fastener 31 which is movable in a predetermined gap range in a surface external direction.
