PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whirl flow pipe capable of preventing refuse from being clogged in the whire flow pipe and easily removing the refuse even if the refuse is clogged. SOLUTION: This whirl flow pipe 7 comprises a whirl guide plate 10 within a vertical pipe 9 to guide a fluid flowing from the upper end to the lower part with whirling. The whirl guide plate 10 is insertable and drawable to the vertical pipe 9, and a clearance of about 1-5% of the inside diameter of the vertical pipe 9 is provided between the vertical pipe 9 and the whirl guide plate 10.
