PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a discharging mechanism part so as to provide a washing feeling preferred by a user. SOLUTION: In the discharging mechanism of this sanitary washing device, the part having a discharge port of a nozzle mechanism is made attachable and detachable, and a mechanism adaptor for holding the part having the discharge port to be attached and detached is combined therewith, whereby the attachment and detachment can be facilitated and performed without the necessity of a human body touching a dirty part.
