PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the trouble in the discharge of washing water with fluctuation of the flow of washing water. SOLUTION: A private part washing device 10 comprises an inlet side valve unit 50, a heat exchanger unit 60, a flow control valve 65, and a wave generation unit 70 from an external water supplying source side. The washing water warmed to a set temperature in the heat exchanger unit 60 is regulated in flow rate by the flow control valve 65, and then carried into the wave generation unit 70. A wave generator 74 performs the supply and suction of washing water by reciprocating a plunger 74b within a cylinder to generate a pulsation with periodically vertically fluctuating pressure, and the washing water is carried to a downstream side water supplying conduit 72 in the pulsated flow state. The downstream side water supplying conduit 72 is made of a highly hard flexible pipe to prevent the attenuation of pulsation of the washing water passing the conduit, and the washing water of pulsated flow is discharged from a washing nozzle 24 in the state where the pulsation attenuation is reduced.
