PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper reversing device capable of feeding paper in a regulated position without making the paper oblique, even if a carrying force on the paper becomes free at the time of reversing of the paper. SOLUTION: A paper reversing device reversing and feeding carried-in paper comprises; a first roller 15 rotated in one direction, at a starting end portion of a reversing path; a second roller 18 adjacent to and oppositely contacted with the first roller 15, feeding paper into the reversing path by rotating with the first roller 15; a third roller 21 adjacent to and oppositely contacted with the first roller 15, feeding the paper out of the reversing path by rotating with the first roller 15 ; and a forth roller 23 arranged in the reversing path and adding a carrying force in a feeding direction on the paper. A paper regulating plate 41 is provided, which is arranged in the reversing path and regulates the paper carried in the reversing path at a specified position.
