PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation electric heater for microwave oven in which both grilling and/or browning and baking can be carried out. SOLUTION: The radiation electric heater 5 for microwave oven 1 comprises at least one first heating element 6 and at least one second heating element 7. The first heating element 6 is laid on a part of the entire upper surface region of a turntable 4 and grilling and/or browning is carried out by providing first output density through independent action thereof. The second heating element 7 is laid on the substantially entire upper surface region of the turntable 4 independently or through coupling with the first heating element 6 and baking is carried out by providing second output density lower than the first output density through independent action thereof or coupled action of the first and second heating elements.
