PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic damper pulley for an automobile and its manufacturing method which can satisfy a specific peculiar frequency required per an engine and also obtain the effect of lightening, cost reduction and noise reduction. SOLUTION: This is composed of a cast iron pulley positioning on the outer periphery surface of the most outside, a plastic hub in which the final end of a crankshaft is inserted and fixed and a rubber pressed in between the inner periphery surface of the cast iron pulley and the outer periphery surface of the plastic hub so that the cast iron pulley and plastic hub are tightened mutually. An insert is installed internally by an injection molding at least on oneside of the center inside and the circumferential surface inside of the plastic hub and a hollow cylindrical iron insert is installed in the center inside of the plastic hub and the annular insert having lots of holes is installed in the circumferential surface inside.
