PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a brazed part from being broken by using a flexible brazing filler metal which hardly causes a crack in joining for assembly of a titanium spectacle frame which receives a large elastic deformation in a daily use. SOLUTION: A brazing filler metal having a three-element composition of Ti-Zr-Cu and the Vickers hardness after solidification of <=350 is fomred in the form of an amorphous foil, gas-atomized method powder, or a rolled foil, and a brazing is executed with a high-frequency induction heating or a resistance heating.
