PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out sieving of the glass, sand and earth generated in disassembly work and road work. SOLUTION: One drum with a blade fixed with many rotary blades in juxtaposition in an axial direction is freely rotatably spanned within a frame and a hydraulic motor for rotatably driving this drum is fixed to the frame. The respective rotary blades are formed to a non-circular shape having plural rugged parts in a circumferential direction on their outer peripheral surfaces and a spacing adjusting member projected toward the side of the drum with the blade is freely attachably and detachably fixed to the inside surface of the frame. The substrate front end of this spacing adjusting member is projectingly provided with many stationary blades apart spacings and these stationary blades are projected between the rotary blades. The materials of required sizes among the materials to be sieved which are scraped into the frame are sieved and are discharged from openings for falling by adjusting the spacings between the front ends of the stationary blades and the outer peripheral surface of the drum, the spacings between the front ends of the rotary blades and the substrate of the spacing adjusting member and the spacings between the stationary blades and the rotary blades.
