PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration flow device for a particulate, by which the circulation behavior of particulate by vibration flow can be made to appear all over the surface at high speed while uniformly dispersing almost all particulates by the circulation flow, without using fluid, such as air and gas, or a medium like an impact ball, and of which the mechanical structure is not complicated, and which can directly perform a compound treatment, such as the disintegration of aggregated powder and the dispersion, mixing and drying of the particulate, for the circulating it. SOLUTION: In this vibration flow device, a treatment means for a particulate 3 comprises a pair of different kinds of vibration bodies 2 and 4 formed by being connected to a vibration means 1, and the particulate 3 is subjected to a flow treatment by a cooperative vibration action generated between the different kinds of vibration bodies.
