PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly discharge and remove water from a granulation tank after discharge or washing of a granule. SOLUTION: A stirring type granulation apparatus 1 is provided with a bottomed cylindrical granulation tank 3 having a powder charge inlet 3a in the upper part and a powder-discharge outlet 3b in the side face of the bottom part, a stirring blade 8 rotated by operation of a driving means 9 installed in the bottom part of the granulation tank 3 and joined in an operable manner through an expansive and contractive joining means 10, pulverizing blades 18, 18 installed at right angles to the stirring blade 8 in the side wall faces of the granulation tank 3 and rotated by operation of an electric motor 19, and a tilting means for tilting powder-discharge outlet 3b of the granulation tank slantingly downward at a prescribed angle. A cylinder apparatus 17 composing the tilting means is operated to tilt the powder-discharge outlet 3b side of the granulation tank 3 at a prescribed inclination angle around a supporting part 5 installed in the granulation tank 3.
