PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of surely separating and removing sludge such as fats and oils and dust removed by cleaning in a cleaning vessel, in which a stirrer is installed, preventing the resticking of them to a work after cleaned, stably obtaining the cleaned work with high cleaning degree and holding the service life of a cleaning liquid. SOLUTION: This cleaning device is provided with the cleaning vessel 1, in which the stirrer 3 is installed, and an oil/water separation vessel 2 connected to the cleaning vessel 1 through an overflow passage 9, an oil skimmer 4 for recovering suspended oil and a sludge conveyer 5 for discharging the settled sludge in the oil/water separation vessel 2, and a circulating flow passage 7 for circulating the cleaning liquid, from which the suspended oil and sludge are removed, from the oil/water separation vessel 2 to the cleaning vessel 1.
