PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a surface treating tool which is formed by assembling respective members of simple structure to be used as a glazing agent applying tool to be used at the time of glazing operation of a body or tire of a vehicle, and of furniture, for example, and to be used for a cleaning (washing) tool, an eraser of a blackboard, etc., and a scraper, etc., of glass etc., in addition to it. SOLUTION: The surface treating tool consists of a treating part material 2 such as sponge and brush bristles forming a treating part 21, a pair of plastic plates 3, 3 forming engaging structures 31 on inner surfaces and a plastic holder 4 having a fitting groove 41.
