PURPOSE: A wireless asynchronous transfer mode adaptor of a pull service communication network is provided to increase the convenience of a user by enabling the user to recognize the time elapsed and telephone charges after the user connects to the Internet using an Internet dedicated terminal through a telephone line. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(11) receives a signal for setting charges per time unit and approves the signal. A control unit(12) calculates telephone charges and cumulative connection times based on charges per time unit. A real time clock(13) capable of outputting signals in real time is connected to the control unit(12). A memory unit(14) capable of storing charge setting data, cumulative connection times and cumulative charges is connected to the control unit(12). A display unit(15) capable of displaying a connection time elapsed, a cumulative connection time and cumulative charges according to a control command of the control unit(12) is connected to the control unit(12). The display unit(15) is composed of a display control unit(151) which outputs a display command to the display board(152) according to a control command of the control unit(12) and a display board(152) which receives the display command of the display control unit(151). A network interface(16) capable of modulating and demodulating signals transmitted and received is connected to the control unit(12).
