ROTARY TYPE HEATER OF MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A rotary type heater of a microwave oven is provided to improve the cooking efficiency of foodstuffs by uniformly distributing radiation heat of a heater onto the foodstuffs. CONSTITUTION: A terminal section(110) of a heater(100) is inserted into an opening(310) of a bracket(300) by passing through an upper plate of a cooking chamber. Then, a driven gear(111) is installed at the terminal section(110) of the heater(100). A driving gear(410) coupled to a motor shaft of a reversible motor(400) is engaged with the driven gear(111). A latching member(411) is provided at an underside of the driving gear(410). A stopper(330) for controlling the latching member(411) is formed on an upper surface of the bracket(300). A gasket(311) is installed in an opening(310) of the bracket(300) so as to prevent microwave from being leaked through the opening(310).
