<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation device to rotate the cover of an air-conditioner from a closing position to an opening position and support it in an opening position. SOLUTION: A device body 20 of a rotation device 10 consists of outer and inner cylinder members 30 and 40 securely intercoupled with their axes coinciding with each other. The outer cylinder member 30 is provided with mounting plates 35 and 35 to mount the rotation device 1 on the air-conditioner body, not shown, of an air-conditioner. A shaft part 51 of a rotary body 50 is rotatably inserted in an inner cylinder member 40. A soil spring 63 to energize rotation of the rotation body 50 is situated between the outer and inner cylinder members 30 and 40. The rotary body 50 is provided with an arm part 54 to rotate the cover, not shown, of the air-conditioner from a closing position to an opening position along with rotation of the rotation body 50.</p> |
