SOLUTION: A vehicular control device having an engine for outputting the power by the combustion of a mixed gas and an engaging device, provided on the output side of the engine, in which an engaging state is controlled to control the transmission state of the power outputted from the engine is provided with an output state judging means (step S1) for judging the first output state of the engine based on the physical amount relating to the oxygen density of the suction air of the engine and the number of engine rotation and an engaging device control means (step S5, S8) for controlling the engaging state of the engaging device based on the first output state of the engine judged by the output state judging means (step S1).</p> |
