<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discharging supernatant liquid which effectively prevents the suction of scum and sludge. SOLUTION: This apparatus for discharging supernatant liquid 7 is provided with a fixed drain pipe 11 whose one end part is faced in a sewage treating vessel 1, a water collecting pipe 15 on the upper face of which a water collecting port is opened, a motor 26 with an encoder, a winding drum 28, a chain 30, and the like, which operate the elevation of the water collecting pipe 15, a cover body 22 which is disposed freely movably in a vertical direction with respect to the water collecting pipe 15 so as to close the water collecting port of the water collecting pipe 15 freely openally closably from the upper side, a motor 27 with an encoder, a winding reel 29, a chain 31, or the like, which prevent the descenting of the cover body 22, open the water collecting port and close the water collecting port on a position higher than a prescribed height of the water collecting pipe 15 by means of the cover body 22, and a rotational drain pipe 13 which allows the elevation of the water collecting pipe 15 and connects the fixed drain pipe 11 and the water collecting pipe 15 in a mutually communicated state together with the winding reel 29, the chain 31, or the like.</p> |
