PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new slip-off preventing device for a string, which is capable of employing widely for the prevention of slip-off, decoration or the like while attaching the same to the tip end of a pulling string or the like and which is provided with a wrapped type for wrapping the whole of outside by a covering material such as a fabric or the like. SOLUTION: A slip-off preventing device is constituted of an inner tube, having a spherical bottom surface provided with an inside hole for passing a string, an outer tube, having a spherical bottom surface with an outside hole for passing the string and attached to the inner tube while having a diameter slightly larger than that of the inner tube, and a covering material, provided with radial cuts at the central part of the same and is applied on the outside surface of the outer tube so as to cover the same while the outer peripheral part of the same is pinched between the bottom walls of the inner and outer tubes through the outside hole of the string passing hole and, further, the radial cuts are pinched between the bottom walls of the inner and outer tubes through the opening of the tubular unit of the outer tube.
