PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel in which the panel body is not fractured even when an impact load is applied to a part where a recess for receiving a drawable connector is formed. SOLUTION: The floor heating panel comprises a panel body 10 having a basic panel material 11 provided with a pseudo groove 11a in the surface thereof, a wire heater 20 built in the panel body 10, a feeder line 30 traversing the panel body 10 while being connected with the wire heater 20, and connectors 40a, 40b connected with the opposite ends of the feeder line 30, respectively. Recesses 12, 13 for containing the connectors 40a, 40b are made in the long side part of the basic panel material 11 on the rear side thereof. A reinforcing plate 14 is bonded to the upper surface 13a of the recess 13 containing the connector 40b drawably from the basic panel material 11. The recess 13 has rearward inner end 13b exceeding the pseudo groove 11a and the distance L1 to the pseudo groove 11a is at 10 mm or longer.
