PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the working time to install a secondary concrete product on a mortar of the specified height before curing which is laid evenly on a base concrete. SOLUTION: Two supporting members 3 and 3 of the specified height are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction of a base concrete 2 on right and left sides of the base concrete 2, a mortar 4 is laid evenly on the base concrete 2 to the same height as the supporting members 3, and then, a secondary concrete product 1 is installed on the mortar 4 in a condition supported by two supporting members 3 and 3.
