PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator capable of reducing noise when a tape comes in sliding contact with a tape guide and improving the durability of the tape in constitution using the tape. SOLUTION: A sub-tape guide 42 is provided with a tape guide part 42A as a main part, and a sub-tape 46 is wound on a guide face 52 of the tape guide part 42A. Since the guide face 52 is formed of a clothoid curve (curved face), the sub-tape 46 comes in sliding contact without being separated from the guide face 52. The generation of hammering sound can therefore be prevented when the sub-tape 46 comes in sliding contact, and a lowering of durability of the sub-tape 46 caused by the sub-tape 46 rubbing hard against the end part of the sub-tape guide part 42A can be prevented.
