PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance and retreat a console box integrally with a sliding panel and ensure the independent movement of a sunshade. SOLUTION: A mounting bracket 16 is rotatably supported to a bracket 14 fixed to a sliding panel 4. A console box 6 and shade rails 17 are fixed to the mounting bracket 16. Console rails 12 and sunshade rails 13 are extended between front and rear frames 10, 11 of drive rail mechanisms 7, 7 to guide the console box 6 and a sunshade 5 when advanced and retreated.
