PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for cooking which controls the plate for cooking varying in heat conduction at nearly the same temperature with one temperature controller of a heat cooking device which selectively uses the plates for cooking according to the kinds of the food to be prepared. SOLUTION: The plate for cooking to be mounted above a heater of the heat cooking device including the temperature controller having the heater and thermosensitive part is provided with a flat planar metallic plate in the outer base surface part of the plate for cooking which the thermosensitive part of the temperature controller faces in the state of mounting the plate for cooking to the heat cooking device.
