PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a length adjuster, and a brassier utilizing it, in which adjustment of length and fixing/removing of a stripe member can be carried out at one position. SOLUTION: A slider part 1 is fixed to a stripe member B1, a holder part 2 is fixed to a stripe member B2, a plurality of protrusions 14 are provided along the length direction of the slider part 1 and a stopper 30 engaging with the protrusion 14 is provided at the holder part 2 thus constituting a first engaging means. Further, a claw part 11 having a diameter reducible by a cut 15 is provided at the forward end part of the slider part 1 and the hook 16 of the claw part 11 is hooked to an opening 48 for inserting a slider thus constituting a second engaging means. The first engaging means can be disengaged by pushing the push part 32 of the stopper 30 and the second engaging means can be disengaged by grasping the claw part 11 from the opposite sides thereby reducing the diameter thereof.
