PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a tank apparatus, simplify a structure and reduce a cost. SOLUTION: The tank apparatus has a tank internal plate 52, a jacket plate 53 forming a jacket 54 between the tank internal plate 52 and itself, a medium supply port 56 formed at a predetermined height position on the jacket plate 53, a medium discharge port 57 formed at a predetermined height position on the jacket plate 53, an overflow port 61 formed at a predetermined height position on the jacket plate 53, a level detecting means for detecting a level of a medium, a medium flow control means for pressure-feeding the medium discharged from the medium discharge port 57, and a controller for driving the medium flow control means according to the level of the medium in the jacket 54. A medium reservoir 64 can be formed inside the jacket 54, eliminating need for a collection tank of the medium.
