PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a fuel of a diesel automobile is provided to restrain a generation of an exhaust fumes due to a quick starting of the diesel automobile by limiting a fuel amount supplied to combustion chamber of an engine into an amount in spite of over-acceleration operation of a driver. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling a fuel of a diesel automobile comprises a speed sensor for detecting a speed of a vehicle, a speed change stage sensing sensor(2) for detecting a selection state of a speed change stage of a speed change gear, an acceleration pedal sensing sensor for detecting a control state of the acceleration pedal, a flow rate control valve(4) for controlling a flow rate installed at a passage between a fuel injecting pump and an injector and an ECU for controlling the flow rate control valve(4) by receiving a signal of the speed sensor(1), a speed change stage sensing sensor(2) and the acceleration pedal sensing sensor.
