PURPOSE: A signal interface framer is provided to simply interface T1 and E1 signals and perform a remote control by embedding an FDL(Facility Data Link) and performing T1 and E1 signal processes in one element. CONSTITUTION: A T1/E1 framer(10) satisfy T1 and E1 signal interface standards, and provides a data interface clock, an enable signal, and an input and output signal for selectively performing a control using an external FDL. An embedded DPLL(Digital Phase-Locked Loop)(30) generates a clock for the T1/E1 signal interface. An embedded FDL device(20) performs a remote control of an in-service state.
