PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally use a sling mat as a mat for alleviating a bed sore, to smoothly hang up a person to be nursed without taking a labor hour and a time when hung up, and to give a sense of small tightening and senses of stability and security. SOLUTION: In the sling mat 1, a bulky mat body 2 having cushionability capable of alleviating a bed sore is used, and a reinforcing band 3 is sewed to its rear surface to reinforce a strength capable of hanging up. A plurality of annular straps 5, 6 connectible to a nursing lift 40 are integrally formed at the band 3.
