PURPOSE:To perform softening of dynamic spring characteristics and to provide high damping characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical inner and outer cylinders 1 and 6 are provided. An insulator 2 formed of vibration insulating rubber is located between the inner and outer cylinders 1 and 6. Main and auxiliary chambers 7 and 8 sealed with non-compressive fluid (liquid) are formed in a state to be axially separated away from each other and integrally with the insulator 2. A passage-form orifice 3 to intercommunicate the main and auxiliary chambers 7 and 8 is arranged integrally with the insulator 2. A partition member comprising a partition part 55 to partition a collar part 51 and the main chamber 7 from the auxiliary chamber 8 is inserted in the insulator 2. Through flow operation of liquid between liquid chambers comprising the insulator 2 arranged between the main and auxiliary chambers 7 and 8, dynamic spring characteristics in an axial direction are softened and high damping characteristics are provided. Further, static spring characteristics in a radial direction can be hardened.
