PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check water from infiltrating into the inner diameter side of a seal means, and to prevent early abrasion of an elastic seal member since water and particulates mixedly act like an abrasive. SOLUTION: A seal means 16 is interposed between an outer link plate 4 and an inner link plate 6 to seal a lubricant in a bearing part 12 composed of a pin 5 and a bush 7. The seal means has a seal holding member 19 pressed in a bush projecting part 7a and a seal plate 20 fixed to an inside surface 4a of the outer link plate 4, and lip parts 21b, 22b of a V ring 21 and a Y ring 22 fitted in annular grooves 19a to 19c of the seal holding member 19 contact with a smooth surface 20b of the seal plate.
