PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machinery capable of preventing breakout of pins without enlarging a device, improved in the seal performance of a compression chamber thereof, capable of effectively preventing the leak of the fluid while making the turning radius of a turning scroll variable, capable of improving the service life of a rotation preventing mechanism and facilitated in a cope with a design change. SOLUTION: When volume of a compression chamber becomes 20-28% of the volume of the compression chamber when concluding the suction of the fluid, at least two of turning pins 31 cross a straight line L1 connecting the center of revolution OS of a turning scroll and the center of rotation OR of the turning scroll and these two pins are symmetrically arranged in relation to a straight line L2 passing through the center of rotation OR with a view from the revolution axis direction of the turning scroll. Furthermore, the turning pins 31 are arranged in the rotating direction of the turning scroll in relation to housing pins 32.
