PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable quality of execution and shorten the execution time by a dry process, and to surely fit tiles. SOLUTION: This tile fitting device comprises a hanger rail 1 which is fitted to a substrate 5 of a wall surface and extended along the horizontal direction, and a plurality of spring parts 2 mounted on the hanger rail 1 in the longitudinal direction. The hanger rail 1 formed of an elastic material, and comprises a pair of upper and lower locking pieces 1b, 1b1, 1c and 1c1 to be respectively engaged with an upper edge and a lower edge in a fitting groove 11 provided in a reverse side of tiles 3. The spring parts 2 are projected above the hanger rail 1, and engaged with the upper edge in the fitting groove 11 in the reverse side of the tiles.
