PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective member fitting device of a tower-like structure which can manufacture a wire as a stock, surely connect a side edge part of a protective net in a single operation, and prevent the paint powder from leaking outside. SOLUTION: A clip 15 of a protective member fitting device of a tower-like structure comprises a ring member 15A to be fitted to a guide wire 8 and a protective member passing part 15B, the protective member passing part 15B comprises a body part in which a center part of a wire forms a folded part, and the folded wire adjacent thereto is passed in passing holes 5c and 5d in protective nets 5a and 5b, a stopper part 15a formed by the folded part on one end side of the body part and abutted on an edge part of the passing hole 5d in the protective nets 5a and 5b, and a locking part 15c formed by both end parts of the wire on the other end side of the body part and engaged with the ring member 15A in an attachable/detachable manner.
