SOLUTION: A shielding plate 71 interrupting an air flowing path 69 and permitting a flowing towards the first and the second opening sections (67, 68) of air AR1 in an attic space 40 while guiding outside air AR2 flowing in from either of the first and second opening sections (67, 68) towards the attic space 40 is installed into an outer cover 61.
