PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing work method for a wet foundation offering excellent adhesive property and also shortening the period of time in work. SOLUTION: This is a waterproofing work method for a wet foundation consisting of mortar or concrete having water content not less than 10%. To the wet foundation backing having isocyanate end group prepolymer as principal component, a primer composition having the viscosity of 1000 to 20000 cP with the isocyanate group content of not less than 5 wt.% at 20 deg.C is coated and further a urethane paint film waterproofing material is laminated over the primer composition.
