PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining means, by which a long-sized material being bonded by using wood and a metallic cementing material and which has high strength and dimensional accuracy, and to provide a framework structure which is lightweight and has even excellent strength and in which members are exchanged easily in the latter rebuilding, by combining and utilizing a wooden structural material and a metallic structural material. SOLUTION: In a low-cost century durable house, earthquake-resistant construction is reinforced by the bolted connection of columns and a foundation and iron beams composed of the pairs of channel steel while the columns on the inside can be exchanged, pairs of sleepers are arranged on both sides of bundles and lastly fixed to the bundles and the strictness of the length of the bundles is made unnecessary while the number of the bundles is reduced by half and the bundles are stabilized and operating efficiency is redoubled, one or a plurality of metal plates 11 are inserted to the rear lot 12 of the joints of wood and bolt-connected 10, the columns are bolt-connected to fixing members made of a metal as U stud bolts for accurately fixing the columns to the foundation while the columns are bolted by pairs of channel members made of steel, the pairs of the channel members are arranged in a centipede shape and bolt-connected, and simple structure, in which the columns on the inside are constituted in an exchangeable manner and which is composed of centipede type floor beam structure or the like, is formed and cost is reduced.
