PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the floating of a wall panel without a frame of framework construction method or wood frame construction method. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 1b protruded from a foundation 1 is connected through a sill 3, whereby the foundation 1 is integrated to the sill 3. A substantially U-shaped connecting metal fitting 7 is fitted to the sill 3 and the lower end the wall panel W and connected thereto, whereby the sill 3 is integrated with the lower end of the wall panel W. Consequently, the sill 3 and the lower end of the wall panel W are unmovably fixed to the foundation, respectively.
