PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor rod having large drawing resistance even on a road surface in which asphalt is laid on soil and sand. SOLUTION: In the anchor rod for a road surface in which asphalt AF is laid on soil and sand DS, a large number of peripheral collars 10a are formed to an outer circumferential surface 10 at intervals while a female screw section 11a is formed at an upper end section 11 and a pointed section 12a at a lower end section 12 respectively and the anchor rod is composed of a rigid substance, and the anchor rod is installed so as to be driven into a pit H reaching up to soil and sand DS and being filled with cement milk CM.
