PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling artificial bone designing system capable of easily and accurately designing an artificial bone even to a defective part unapplicable by a reflection copy, and a manufacturing method of a filling artificial bone using the system. SOLUTION: Interpolative reference lines 149a, 149b reflected with a surface shape of a healthy bone part are set on the basis of bone part external shape line information 125, and a curve control point 152 for forming an interpolative curve is set along the interpolative reference lines 149a, 149b. Next, a defective part-interpolating curve 151 for curvedly interpolating a defective part is formed according to a predetermined curve deciding algorithm by using the preset curve control point 152. Three-dimensional shape data on an artificial bone outside surface for filling the defective part is formed on the basis of the defective part interpolating curve 151.
